Recipe:
First of all do the chicken marination, for which take a large bowl add Olive oil, Salt, Black Pepper, Garlic Paste, Paprika and all the ingredients into oil and mix well with the help of spoon. After mixing, put the chicken into that bowl and marinate properly. Leave this marinated chicken for at least 1 hour or more if possible to let the chicken absorb the taste properly otherwise 1 hour is enough. Put it aside.
For Potato marination take another bowl put quarterly cut potatoes into it along with Rosemary, Salt and Olive Oil. Mix well.
Preheat the oven at 250 Celsius (482F) for at least 20-30 minutes.
First put the marinated potatoes into baking pan then add marinated chicken along with Garlic Cloves and Onion. When the preheating is done place the pan into oven and adjust the temperature to 220 Celsius(428F). Cook for 60 minutes.
Tips & Tricks:
- Try to marinate the chicken night before the actual day when u have to cook it for better taste, otherwise 1 hour is good too.
- For potato marination do it in the 30 minutes when the oven is in preheating phase. Don't leave potato marination for long.
- When the chicken is baking inside the oven after every 15 minutes keep changing position of baking pan for evenly baking.
